Aerobics

A classic, full-body workout that combines rhythmic movements with cardio exercises to boost heart health, endurance, and muscle tone. Physically, Aerobics strengthens the entire body, improving flexibility, balance, and coordination. Mentally, the structured routines provide a sense of accomplishment and help clear the mind, making it a great way to relieve stress and lift your spirits.

Ballet Fit

Inspired by classical ballet techniques, Ballet Fit is a graceful workout that improves strength, balance, and flexibility. Latin Aerobics

This cardio class incorporates Latin dance styles like Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata, offering a fun, full-body workout that tones muscles and builds stamina. On the mental side, Latin Aerobics provides a lively atmosphere that boosts mood, reduces stress, and enhances social connections through rhythmic, dance-based movement.

Salsa is a vibrant, high-energy Latin dance characterized by fast footwork, rhythmic hip movements, and dynamic spins. It improves coordination, burns calories, builds stamina, and provides a fun, creative outlet for stress relief and mental focus.
