ARBITRATION NOTICE: SECTION 24 (DISPUTE RESOLUTION) OF THESE TERMS CONTAINS A MUTUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING AND JURY TRIAL. YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. Your use of certain Services may require you to accept additional terms, including Dance Cult Studio’s membership policies and any applicable membership agreements and/or waivers (“Additional Terms”). 2. AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site or Services. If you are under 16 and wish to attend with a parent, the parent must be present and is fully responsible for you during the class. By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will post a notification on the Site or email you. Continued use of the Site or Services following any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

6. MOBILE SERVICES

If you are required to create an account to access parts of the Site or Services, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS

Memberships require a commitment of 4 months. To cancel your membership, you must notify us at least 15 days before your renewal date. Cancellations can be requested via email or in-person at the studio.

Group Class Cancellation: You must cancel at least 12 hours before the class to avoid being charged.
Private Class Cancellation: You must cancel at least 24 hours before the class to avoid being charged.

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled according to these terms.

9. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You agree to use the Site and Services solely for personal purposes. You may not exploit any part of the Site or Services for commercial purposes without our written consent.

10. USER CONTENT

You are responsible for any content you provide to us, including images, reviews, or other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with our business.

11. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

19. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in classes, events, or activities at Dance Cult Studio, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation in physical activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, harm, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
You are solely responsible for monitoring your own health and safety during participation in any class or event at Dance Cult Studio. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program or activity.
Dance Cult Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injury, illness, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of your participation in any class, event, or activity.
You hereby release and discharge Dance Cult Studio, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in any activities at the studio.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not participate in any physical activities at Dance Cult Studio.
